Each element in this painting "Beyond Reason", has multiple meanings. These images are found in the bible, the small crosses resemble the shape of a sword. "The Word of God is as sharp as a two edged sword cutting to the very marrow of the bone." It is my objective to cause the viewer to think about the image and receive it's spiritual message.  The relationship of one element to another and the dimension with plains and layers help tell a story.
Don't let the color lead you 'from' your thoughts, let the lines and shapes lead you 'to' connected meanings.
The abstract approach allows the brightest colors and freedom in execution.
